We are looking for regional highly-driven full-time real estate Managing Brokers to open a growing and dynamic residential real estate branch office in multiple states. We’re looking for a world-class professional who has a strong operational and analytical mindset, is detail oriented and loves to crush their to-do list.
The Managing Broker is a key member of the leadership team and has primary responsibility for the activities of the brokerage branch office and all its licensees including legal compliance, ethical conduct, and performance.
As the Managing Broker, you are proactive in developing and implementing company policies, procedures, and practices. You will engage with Marketing, Accounting, Sales, and IT Departments to ensure the office is positioned to successfully meet the changing needs of the real estate industry and market.

Not a Franchise
Premier Agent Network, Inc. is not a franchise. We are a privately owned corporation and agents and brokers will not be charged any franchise fees when closing a transaction with our real estate company. There are also no desk fees because we are an online real estate brokerage and everything can be done from your computer or electronic device. Having a virtual office allows us to keep operating expenses low and let agents keep more of their hard earned commission.
Legal Questions and Support
We have your back. If you are in need of legal advice, we suggest that you speak with a real estate attorney. Legal questions come up all the time and the most commonly asked real estate questions are about contract laws. The National Association of REALTORS® and your state's Association of REALTORS® have a legal hotline you can call for legal advice and explain your situation.
Errors & Omissions Insurance Covered
Errors and mistakes are made every day in the real estate industry and we provide the coverage you need for a small flat fee per transaction per representing side. Insurance coverage can be costly, especially real estate E & O insurance. In the event you need more information about our policy and what is covered, please contact your managing supervisor who will try to accommodate your request.
